hello duncan part 2: "110 bpm loves you"

Wednesday, 11 February 2009

Following on from my first Geyster/Maneken post, i want to give you
four of my favourite slower dancefloor tracks.
What they lack in speed, they make up for in phatness.

Geyster - Still In Love

'Still In love' is typically Geyster, but you cant knock his
instrumentation and vocal harmonies, they're lush and spot on.

Delicious Vinyl AllStars - Never Stop (Feat. the Brand New Heavies) (Pink Enemy Remix)

The Pink Enemy remix was released on the same Delicious Vinyl All
Stars
release as the Diplo remix of 'Bust A Move', and if you love Brand New Heavies, give this a try.

Sepalot - Go Get It feat. Ladi6 (Sepalot Remix).mp3">Sepalot - Go Get It feat. Ladi6 (Sepalot Remix)

Most the mixes of this Sepalot track were fucking cool (I guess a
solid vocal can be reworked as many ways as you like, ups to Ladi 6),
especially the Zed Bias, but for allround synth+horn phatness, their own remix stomps and winds.

Radion - Electric Soca (Cosmo Vitelli Remix)

And of course, our good ol pal Cosmo Vitelli. Not so phat as just an irresistible groove!

Get down people
