Bastian rocks, they are from Amsterdam, The Netherlands, and released their IV last year. The guy behind Bastian is called Bas Bron and makes this music using COmmodore 64 samples.
Songs to look out for: You've got my love (best videoclip ever, around 10 years old probably on Youtube), Anything, Private Parts.
He also makes the beats for De Jeugd van Tegenwoordig, a Dutch group of idiots that became really big over here. Pretty funny if you understand Dutch, maybe you'll like that too anyway.
