i hope everyone has a way of properly releasing tension (not referring to your masturbatory habits). i remember a kid in primary school that couldnt deal with tension properly and ended up throwing tables and biting teachers. yikes.
at the end of a stressful day, my equivalent to that is to come home and play glitchy techno at the loudest volume i can play it. i guess it is just like throwing tables at my housemates ears.
