ok yall the almighty gameboys are kicking off what will hopefully be the first in a crazy series of parties tonight at the cross..
the wizards of handheld gaming wont be hosting the party alone though, as the ever uber CSK OK and J-Flex will be putting their hands on deck with the regular blouse/rubicon supports in the form of Rick Taylor, Mark Love and meeeeee..

the ready for the floor remix is exactly my kind of fidgety banger- not too stupid or wobbly, has wicked b'more-ish drums and is intense as hell. epicly awesome.
the wrestlers remix is fucking rad as well but is a more by the numbers fidget jam.. perfect for fri night!!

The Gameboys 60.30 Mix

the gameboys have become local fixtures in recent times, playing heaps at places like candys and qbar.. they have built up quite the fanbase with their sweeeet skills and sweeet tracks.. haha but seriously we love the gameboys up in here- make sure you catch them soon (sosueme tonight or sounds on sunday).
The title of their mix '60.30' is actually very smart because on it they mash sixty songs (yes 6-0) into 30 mins. thats like 2 songs every minute.
AMAZING- make sure you check this out (tracklisting in comments.) very clever mixing of indie/electro.. kind of makes you listen in the same way as girl talks new mix.

Jeepers (aka John Paul from the Heat) has also recently thrown around a mix to get us all excited for summer and the excellent rooftop parties @ the eastern..

- my headphone cable getting wrapped around the armrest of my chair and which then makes my headphones fall off my desk when i pull my chair out.
- having a cold and waking up in the middle of the night gasping because my nose is blocked.
- any form of goat. especially the mountain variety. actually thats not true i just hate the mountain goats.
- dj 'mixtapes', 'demos' or 'promos' that arent beatmatched.
- people trying to be tough and making points.
- hearing people eat apples.
- not having money with which to purchase food or entry into entertainment venues.
- blog music like hostage and the usually awesome boy 8-bit

- being totally unpredictable, cunning and WILD with link placement.
- trying to pretend that a shitty blog entry like this one is actually half decent.
